Shipping Information
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed by 2 PM will be processed the same day. Any orders received after this cut-off will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery will occur within 2-6 working days.

- We use Aramex for all deliveries to ensure secure and prompt service.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays. Sneaker Shelf ZA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within South Africa.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are made only on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
